1 General Introduction and Applicability

This document forms a binding agreement between 7c77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using its services ("User", "you", "your"). By using 7c77 through its website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. All services operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and transactions are processed through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Visit our About Us page to learn more about 7c77 and its services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to access or use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account and use 7c77 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. All 7c77 services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be able to operate a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in your own name.
• You are responsible for ensuring that participating in online betting and casino activities is lawful in your location.
• If your account was previously closed by 7c77 for any reason, you may not create a new account.

If we determine that a user is operating an account in violation of the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. If you notice or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

7c77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit an identity document or other supporting documents when required. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits at 7c77 can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — third-party accounts are not permitted.

Deposits received from third parties may be flagged as suspicious transactions and may result in the funds being returned or the account being closed.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.

To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed (see Section 5 for details). Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Transaction Cancellations and Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, 7c77 reserves the right to correct or cancel that transaction. The user will be duly notified in such circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

7c77 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description. Multiple bonuses may not be combined at the same time unless the offer terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any fraudulent activity intended to obtain bonuses (such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting to extract bonuses through risk-free betting) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system displays a confirmation message indicating that it has been accepted. Incomplete bets due to missing confirmation or technical interruptions may be considered void.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Payouts

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 7c77 reserves the right to correct them. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.3 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting, the official result announced by the relevant governing body of the sport will apply. In the event of any dispute over a result, 7c77's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using software, bots or automated methods to play games or place bets
• Attempting to eliminate risk on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage)
• Operating another user's account or placing bets on their behalf
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform

7 VIP Programme and Cashback

7c77's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses.

For example: a Gold member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

Advancement through VIP tiers is at 7c77's discretion and is determined based on your activity and membership type on the platform. 7c77 reserves the right to change VIP terms or discontinue the programme at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

7c77 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income. We recommend that all users play within their means and avoid chasing losses with further funds.

10 Intellectual Property and Content

The logo, design, software, content and trademarks of the 7c77 platform are the intellectual property of 7c77, all rights reserved. Copying, distributing or commercially using this content for any purpose without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others) remains with those providers. Their software is operated on the 7c77 platform under licence only.

11 Limitation of Liability

7c77 provides its services on an "as is" basis. 7c77 will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues, server outages, internet connection failures or actions of third parties. However, in such situations we will take reasonable steps to resolve any affected bets or transactions fairly.

Users are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming. Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk — it is each member's own responsibility to be aware of this risk and to play within their means.

12 Dispute Resolution and Contact

13 Right to Suspend or Terminate Service

7c77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly when:

• A breach of these terms and conditions occurs
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Account information is found to be false or incomplete
• Action is required for legal or regulatory reasons

In such cases, the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

14 Applicable Law

The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions will follow applicable law and 7c77's internal policies. The Bengali version of this document shall be considered the authoritative version.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
